Detritus

Well, my mate Gaz has initiated a plan to attend Hogmanay — New Year’s Eve, Scottish style. Should have the hotel booked later today, then we’ll think about travel and getting tickets to attend the street party. It should be a blast. I know that Steve (a.k.a. Knipsy) had a great time when he was there a couple of years ago.

I expect that it’ll be a lot colder than London, though — that’s where I’ve spent most of my NYEs since moving to the UK.

Actually, I think that this may be my last NYE in the UK. I wanna go further afield. Maybe a romantic one in Paris, or a rockin’ fun time in New York, NY. The possibilities are plenty. Anyone got any ideas or suggestions for where to spend NYE in this neck o’ the woods (i.e., Europe / North America)? Please let me know. Maybe I’ll take a vote to decide where to go next year.
